Enveloped By Darkness
Dave crawled through the cramped sewer, growing increasingly uneasy with each passing moment. The noxious stench of the water made him feel queasy, and the overwhelming darkness made it difficult to catch his breath. He clutched his phone tightly, grateful for its feeble light that pierced through the gloom. However, even with the illumination, the labyrinthine passages disoriented him, causing him to backtrack and retrace his steps.
