10. What The Truck?
Not all DIY military vehicles are engineered to perfection, as demonstrated by militias and paramilitaries around the world. The footage of the Islamist rebel group Nor aldin al-Zinki from Syria showcases an enormous Zu-23 antiaircraft gun mounted on a GMC truck, creating a precarious situation for the vehicle’s suspension. While not always the most sensible choice, these makeshift creations continue to amaze and intrigue.
